Anita Mancini, born 1973, Mâitre d’hôtel and bar master, has been working in gastronomy since the age of 15. As the granddaughter of a winegrower, as a child she already knew the diversity of this ancient drink, as well as the cultivation and development, the respect for the product and developed her knowledge with passion throughout her life.
