Lahcen HAFID has been working in luxury hotels in Morocco and France for more than 18 years.

A graduate of the Institut spécialisé de technologie appliquée (Hôtellerie/Restauration) in Agadir, Lahcen HAFID began his career in Morocco in Agadir, then in Casablanca as party leader in the Hyatt Regency.
In 2004, he decided to continue his career in Paris at Hyatt Regency Paris Madeleine, Park Hyatt, where he met chef Nicolas SALE.
He then took his first job as chef at the Bourgtheroulde Hotel in Normandy in Rouen.
Then he joined SOFITEL Paris le Faubourg as chef, then Yannick ALLENO for the opening of the stay in Paris and finally the team of the hotel ritz paris for the reopening of the famous house at Place Vendôme. He has been working there for 4 years, first as 1st assistant and then as kitchen manager. Today he is 1er Sous Chef executif of the famous luxury hotel Ritz Paris.
