Andrea IRSARA Restaurant “Grand Ander” Alta Badia
Andrea Irsara was born in 1974 in a family of landlords in Badia. His cuisine is strongly influenced by the culture, which he was able to acquire from his father as well as from his many experiences in Italy and France, sometimes in the renowned restaurant Schöneck in Pfalzen. He is a lover of the Val Badia and cultivates the passion for gastronomy which he inherited from his grandmother. He spends his free time skiing, cycling and taking long walks in the woods in search of inspiration for his creations.
