I did my apprenticeship in the “Hotel Alpenrose” in Elbigenalp (the birthplace of the Geierwally) from 1985 to 1988.

Then we went directly to Munich.

There I was among other things in the

“Grand Hotel Rafael” current “Mandarin Oriental” 14.5 or 16 points in the Gault Milleau incl. the 3 day opening ceremony

Then off to Kitzbühel in the “Unterberger Stubn” to Josef (Hasi) Unterberger Chef of the Year in Austria 1987

17.5 points in Gault Millau

in the hotel “Jagdhof” in Gurgel and the Burgschänke in Grän both in Tirol
